All of our designing is done using the reliability of Sun Workstations and the Solaris Operating System. This computer equipment offers us the reliably and performance for completion of any job. All our designs are base on 3D solid modeling. We have complete Photo rendering capability.

We utilize Pro Engineering “Wildfire” exclusively. Wildfire is one of a few “top of the line” CAD systems available. It's basic designing principle is to create a “Solid Model” first, then the Drawing Package. The Solid Model is a 3D computer representation of the product being developed. The Drawing Package is the lined drawings people are typically familiar with.

Using these design philosophies, the basic design flow we follow is, “Model” the product, create a “Photo-Rendered” image, and then send the rendered image to the customer for review. After an initial review, we then proceed to complete the entire design package. This type of designing sequence has been proven to speed up the designing process significantly.

Pro Engineering “Wildfire” also has advanced assembly capabilities, where we can design all relevent parts and then assemble the designed parts to an assembly. This assembly can be a sub-assembly to a larger assembly if required. This capability also allows for much shorter design cycles, as all parts can be checked for fit and function at the computer level.

Pro Engineering “Wildfire” has complete “Photo-Rendering” capability. With this capability, the client has the ability to visualize what the product will look like before any part has been produced.

Pro Engineering “Wildfire” has export capabilities for “Stereolithography” (STL). This capability, provides a means of “printing” a 3D representation of the product from plastic. What we mean by “printing” is not on paper, but an actual 3D part that is produced as simple as printing. Usually within one week.

We can and have with various clients, reviewed all steps of the design cycle as they proceed forward. You as the customer, can specify the design cycle for review required.

We will design and manufacture, small parts, such as simple vacuum chucks, to large assemblies, such as complex inspection stations.

• Complete 2D paper package

• 3D Solid model, Pro/E “Wildfire” format

• Basic Photo rendering for design review

• Optional 3D formats, "IGES" or "STEP" files

• Optional 2D format, "DXF" file

• Optional high quality Photo rendering in various bit map formats (pcx, tif, jpg, etc) for Brochures

We will stand behind our design when manufacturing begins. We will be available to answer any manufacturing questions from "missing dimensions" to "why did we do it this way".
